i spent my new year's thousands of feet above the ground with people sleeping around me. i touched down at the airport at around 2am. and i've never welcomed singapore's weather so much, after spending about a week wrapped up like a dumpling and looking like a terracotta soldier/michelin man. lol. it's nice to not have to wake up and worry about how you're going to keep warm for the rest of the day.
mmm i went with my family, basically it was a mission trip and it extended into a bit of a holiday/sightseeing. my christmas day was spent on a 7 hour van trip bumping around. lol. not fun. we visited and met quite a bit of people and i really got to see what life there is like for them. i sound like i'm doing reflections for some project. T-T people, give thanks for what you have. (:

they kept playing the song over there, and i had no idea what it was. so on the last day i walked into a shop that was playing the song and asked them what was the title. the shopowner thought i was crazy.
